1. **TypeScript Compilation Errors** ✅
   - Fixed missing imports
   - Fixed type mismatches
   - Fixed optional property checks
   - Fixed logger method calls

2. **Missing Dependencies** ✅
   - Installed `ioredis` for Redis
   - Installed `dotenv` for environment variables

3. **Environment Configuration** ✅
   - Created `.env` file with minimal dev config
   - Fixed environment validation to use defaults
   - Added dotenv loading

4. **Build Process** ✅
   - Orchestrator builds successfully
   - All TypeScript errors resolved
