It provides immediate finality with approximately **2-second block time** and is designed for institutional DeFi with native oracle integration, cross-chain bridges, and compliant assets.

|
|
|

|
|
**Network:** Chain ID 138 (0x8a), native currency ETH (18 decimals), standard EVM derivation (SLIP-44: 60). EIP-155 and EIP-1559 supported.
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
