fix(portal): corporate landing SEO, favicon, and public home UX

Add sankofa.nexus marketing site with institutional grade scorecards, server-side metadata/title, dynamic icons, favicon rewrite, and instant landing render without session-loading flash; split authenticated AppShell from unauthenticated corporate chrome.
