🚀 Quick Start
Step 1: Start VMs
cd ~/projects/Sankofa
# Get startup instructions
./scripts/start-smom-vms.sh
# Or start via Proxmox Web UI:
# Site 1: https://192.168.11.10:8006
# Site 2: https://192.168.11.11:8006
Step 2: Wait for VMs to Boot
# Monitor VM status
watch -n 10 kubectl get proxmoxvm -A
Step 3: Collect IP Addresses
# Collect all VM IPs
./scripts/get-smom-vm-ips.sh
Step 4: Configure Infrastructure
# Configure Nginx Proxy
./scripts/configure-nginx-proxy.sh
# Configure Cloudflare Tunnel
./scripts/configure-cloudflare-tunnel.sh
Step 5: Configure Blockchain Network
# Switch to SMOM-DBIS-138 project
