ASLE supports **3 dynamic compliance modes**:

- **Mode B: Enterprise Fintech** — tiered KYC, moderate AML, SOC2-aligned controls
- **Mode C: Decentralized/DeFi** — non-custodial, no KYC, ZK identity, minimal data retention
