- ✅ Fixed locale warnings (added LC_ALL=C, LANG=C)
- ✅ Resolved nginx-extras Lua module issue (Ubuntu 22.04 doesn't include it)

- ✅ Fixed port conflict (removed incorrect listen directive)
- ✅ nginx service running successfully
