Sovereign Cloud Infrastructure (SCI)

Overview

SCI is DBIS' planetary-scale sovereign cloud, providing:

• High-security compute
• Isolated sovereign runtime environments
• Global redundancy
• PQC-secured compute fabric

Sovereign Compute Zones (SCZs)

• One per SCB
• Zero-trust isolation
• PQ-HSM for key operations
