## EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This document provides starter templates and implementation files to facilitate the implementation of various recommendations and suggestions. These templates can be used as starting points for implementation work.

## CONFIGURATION FILES

### 1. Link Verification Cron Configuration

**File:** `link_verification_cron.txt`

**Purpose:** Cron job configuration for automated link verification

**Configuration:**

**Installation:**
- Run: `./scripts/setup_link_verification_cron.sh`
- Or manually: `crontab -e` and add above lines

### 2. Review Calendar Template

**File:** `review_calendar_template.ics`

**Purpose:** Calendar file for review schedules

**Note:** Create calendar events for:
- Monthly reviews (last week of each month)
- Quarterly reviews (last 2 weeks of each quarter)
- Annual review (Q4, October-December)
