CHAPTER 1: ESTABLISHMENT AND PURPOSE

The GRU Reserve System is established as the primary reserve mechanism for DBIS, operating under principles of:

The Reserve System serves to:

CHAPTER 2: RESERVE ASSETS

Acquisition:
