Problems Resolved
1. ✅ PostgreSQL Installation (FIXED)
Issue: PostgreSQL was not installed on VMID 10100
Solution: Installed PostgreSQL using default Ubuntu packages (removed problematic repository first):
rm -f /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pgdg.list
apt-get update
apt-get install -y postgresql postgresql-contrib
