Purpose
This worksheet validates that each cISO(C/T) instrument (cUSDC, cUSDT, cEURC, etc.) maintains peg integrity and supply accuracy under stress. Use during dry-runs, pre-listing audits, and periodic validation.
Acceptance Criteria (Hard Gates)
