OMNIS Sankofa Phoenix SDK integration spec
Required SDK interface: getAuthUrl, validateToken, getUserInfo. Env: SANKOFA_PHOENIX_SDK_URL, SANKOFA_PHOENIX_CLIENT_ID, etc. Blocked on Sankofa Phoenix SDK availability. When known document version and ETA in PLACEHOLDERS_AND_TBD and PLACEHOLDERS_AND_COMPLETION_MASTER_LIST. See NOT_IMPLEMENTED_FULL_SCOPE in docs/00-meta.
