## Development

## API Endpoints

- `GET /health` - Health check
- `POST /ledger/entry` - Create ledger entry
- `POST /payments` - Process payment

## Environment Variables

- `PORT` - Server port (default: 4003)
- `DATABASE_URL` - PostgreSQL connection string
- `PAYMENT_PROVIDER` - Payment provider configuration
