## Authentication

All requests (except health check) require authentication via JWT token in the `Authorization` header:

### Status Codes

- `200 OK` - Success

## WebRTC Signaling

WebRTC signaling is handled via WebSocket (to be implemented in Phase 1):

## Rate Limiting

Rate limits are enforced per tenant and user:
- Default: 10 requests per minute per user
- Configurable per tenant
