recyclarr: add default daily cron job for recyclarr sync (#10208)

* Add default daily cron job for recyclarr sync

- Create /etc/cron.d/recyclarr file with @daily schedule
- Log output to /root/.config/recyclarr/sync.log
- Uses recommended default schedule from recyclarr docs
- Follows project convention for cron jobs

Implements #10182

* Add notes about daily cron job to recyclarr.json

- Info about automatic daily sync via cron
- Reference to cron file location for customization
- Warning about configuring instances before first sync
