- Moved BROKEN_REFERENCES_REPORT.md to reports/
- Moved DUPLICATE_STATUS_CONSOLIDATION_REPORT.md to reports/
- Moved FINAL_CLEANUP_COMPLETE.md to reports/
- Root directory now contains only README.md and PROJECT_STRUCTURE.md
