Documentation Review Continued — 2026-02-16 (Content, Updates, Submodules)
Purpose: Extended review covering all content, update consistency, and submodules. Complements DOCUMENTATION_REVIEW_20260216.md.
1. Submodules Review
1.1 Source of truth
- .gitmodules (repo root) defines 14 root-level submodules. SUBMODULE_RELATIONSHIP_MAP was reconciled with it on 2026-02-16.

1.3 Root README and PROJECT_STRUCTURE
- README.md lists three “project structure” items: mcp-proxmox, ProxmoxVE, smom-dbis-138-proxmox. That is a simplified view; the repo has 14 submodules (see .gitmodules and SUBMODULE_RELATIONSHIP_MAP). No change made; consider adding a line: “For full submodule list see docs/11-references/SUBMODULE_RELATIONSHIP_MAP.md.”
- PROJECT_STRUCTURE.md shows the same three and correct docs paths (e.g. docs/04-configuration/MCP_SETUP.md). ENV_STANDARDIZATION link is correct.
1.4 Submodule list (per .gitmodules)
- explorer-monorepo, mcp-proxmox, smom-dbis-138, ProxmoxVE, metamask-integration, dbis_core, gru-docs, miracles_in_motion, metaverseDubai, OMNIS, omada-api, pr-workspace/app-ethereum, pr-workspace/chains, the-order, arromis-monorepo, alltra-lifi-settlement.
2. Content and Update Consistency
2.1 Master docs (already updated in initial review)
- docs/README.md, docs/MASTER_INDEX.md — dates and links updated; see DOCUMENTATION_REVIEW_20260216.md.
2.2 Other key docs checked
- 00-meta/ARCHIVE_CANDIDATES.md — 2026-02-16 note added (Batch 3, DOCUMENTATION_FIXES_COMPLETE).
- 00-meta/DOCUMENTATION_REVIEW_20260216.md — created; no “continued” content there (this file is the continuation).
- archive/00-meta-pruned/README.md — Batch 3 table added.
- 11-references/SUBMODULE_RELATIONSHIP_MAP.md — updated as above; related link to COMPREHENSIVE_PROJECT_REVIEW.md (00-meta) is valid.
2.3 Root-level markdown
- Many status/summary .md files at repo root (e.g. ALL_NEXT_STEPS_COMPLETE.md, COMPREHENSIVE_STATUS_BRIDGE_READY.md, NEXT_STEPS_*.md). Not changed in this pass; consider a future cleanup to move completed/one-off reports to docs/archive or reports/.
2.4 Submodule READMEs
- Not edited. Each submodule owns its README; main docs now point to them and to SUBMODULE_RELATIONSHIP_MAP for the full picture.

4. Summary

- Content: Master docs and archive/candidates updated in the first review; this pass added submodule reconciliation and continued-review notes.
- Updates: All touched docs have Last Updated 2026-02-16 where appropriate.
