Dependency Status: Hybrid approach implemented - OpenZeppelin v4.9.6 installed (compatible with Solidity 0.8.19). New WETH contracts (WETH10, CCIPWETH9Bridge, CCIPWETH10Bridge) are independent and don't require OpenZeppelin. Existing contracts (CCIPSender, CCIPRouter, CCIPRouterOptimized, MultiSig, Voting) use OpenZeppelin. All contracts compile successfully.
